Because you know, at the same time that’d be just wrong! (right, CNN?)
As CNN reported (video below) the 13 year old boy started by asking for advice from his teachers, which lead to texting, which lead to sexting, which lead to phone sex that lead to actual sex. It first started with his history teacher (Linda R. Nef, 46) and then with his math teacher (Valynne Bowers, 39) , the gig was up when he confessed – men, they are always looking for a younger model, neither teacher knew about the other, until the boy confessed to “Mrs”. Bowers about “Mrs.” Nef - this being Junior High, Bowers confronted Nef “get away from my BOY-friend” – Mrs. Nef eventually confessed to the police; ratting out not only the other teacher (Bowers), but herself as well. They are both now being charged with: First Degree Felony Charges of Rape and Sodomy.
I just find ironic who all this happened in Salt Lake City, Utah – the MORAL state – and how it was two female teachers with a 13 year old boy. You know how people in Utah think gays are perverts who are out to corrupt their children! I love me a good irony. In all fairness though, these two women should have known better than to sleep with a thirteen year old boy, but you have to give this kid credit. He wasn’t raped, it was consensual sex (albeit, not between two consenting adults), but he had to give them such good lip (not that kind, you perve!) to get them both in to bed. He knew what he was doing and he did it to two women, in a two year period.
Is clear that both women didn’t know about each other, so it’s not like they were just trying to say: “go to him, he’ll give you a good time.” The kid should be tried as an adult (is that even possible?). He wasn’t really raped, given that rape is: any act of sexual intercourse that is forced upon a person. They should be charged with statutory rape, which is: sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of consent, which age varies in different states. Note: Shouldn’t this definition be broaden, or after all these two women are free and didn’t commit a crime.
Let this be a lesson to everyone who discriminates and humiliates others (do you hear me mormons?), because we all have our dirty laundry and the one who hide is even dirtier.

How did this boy get two teachers to hook up with him? This is stuff dreams are made of when one is in junior high, not really in adulthood though.

What in the world is happening with the youth of today
March 12, 2009 at 4:20 pm
Come on people. “What in the world is happening with the youth of today” you ask?Youth of today are almost equal to the youth of yesterday except they may be under a bit more stress and can’t cope as well.
Darn! Nothing wrong with this 13 year old. I wanted to bang my french teacher in grade 6 except I didn’t know it till I was a bit older.
Why Oh why didn’t she seduce me?

Is there like any proof that these three are mormons?
March 12, 2009 at 12:32 pm
no, I never really meant they were. I just said, for a state that pushes so much for “family” values (I’ve attacked them a bit for the whole proposition 8) I find ironic it happened. As far as I know, religion hasn’t been involved in this case.

It’s sad to see that one simple news real in Utah gets labeled that it is a Mormon causing the news. So take your own advice and don’t discriminate by assuming that when something happens in Utah it automatically means a “Mormon” did it. For your reference in Salt Lake the population spread of “Mormon” vs. non is 50-50. Take it for what it’s worth but please do not perpetuate what you are asking for, “Let this be a lesson to everyone who discriminates and humiliates others (do you hear me mormons?), because we all have our dirty laundry and the one who hide is even dirtier. ” by so stating your only creating this discrimination

well, you know what. I don’t usually like to say this (unless I’m wrong), but you’re right. I shouldn’t be discriminating against anyone, I was just trying to express the irony on how the State of Utah was a big influencer in California’s proposition 8 ballot, calling gays perverts and talking about family values, and look what happens. Maybe these two women and the kid aren’t mormons at all.

13 years boy too young to sex with adult. :S

You cant blame the Mormons for it was in Utah?
I live in Sweden and this is just crazy. I’m an Mormon in Sweden and I’m less on ppl that are blaming Utah for the Mormons all the time. Its like you blame all Arabs are evil when it was you in the US that did start the war so WE in Sweden get hundreds of immigrants every day when YOU don’t take them.
US cant live forever on the rest of the worlds expense.
The boy was just stupid that he did act that, And WHO said he was an Mormon? The more days it goes the more I dislike the US. // Angry Swede

given that it seems you went through a comment or two (before posting your reply) you should have read how I agreed that mormons or religion for that matter had nothing to do with this. Relax, drink a cup of tea and enjoy.

I see what you are saying. Remember when your parents celebrated their marriage anniversary? I find that ironic, better yet, hypocritical, seeing how at least one of your fellow countrymen must have had an affair in the past.

It is unfortunate that this sensational story was used as an opportunity to take a jab at a devout religious group who had nothing whatever to do with it! I see through the comment chain you have come to your senses and admit your Mormon libel was unfair and illogical.
Teacher/student sexual misconduct stories have been reported in nearly every city of the world, among every ethnicity, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, gender and age. It is frightening to us that something so terrible and beyond comprehension can happen in places we consider a safe haven. Even worse, these stories keep repeating themselves! There is rarely one cause, and there are always many victims.
In this case, three individuals struggling with major personal problems and various levels of instability made terrible choices which led to the committing of sexual crimes. Their actions do not reflect upon anyone but themselves. They violated the tenets of all religions, and offend the collective decency of any community in which they might have lived. They leave a trail of tears, and a lifetime of heartache and ruin. Once more, a good community and school is left reeling. This time, it happened to a quiet little suburb in Utah. Next time, it might be to your community or mine. Let’s pray for those who are suffering.

Utah also has the biggest problem with polygamists…seriously, what the hell is wrong with modern culture, though? Kids shouldn’t even be aroused enough to screw at that age.
March 12, 2009 at 8:44 pm
I may be wrong but kids can get aroused from an early age, young children do have erections, however, it is not sexually related.
This kid was 13, his hormones are kicking in and man did they kick! But a 13 year is “functionally” old enough to have sex. (I repeat “functionally” not mature enough or psychologically ready to have sex)

I am in this kids grade and was at Bountiful Jr. High last year when all of this was happening. I have always thought he was a creep. This kid knew what he was doing and had hit puberty when he was thirteen more then some kids do at Sixteen. In 7th grade he was 5″10 with a happy trail. He tried to get the teachers to feel bad for him and I know that what they did was wrong, but he came to them it wasn’t forced or anything. These teachers were both really nice and sweet ladies even thou they may not have been mentally stable.
(By the way the kids name rhymes with Logan Femp)
